Installing iSyncCRM
Download and install the Windows Service
1. Download and install the Windows Service here.
2. If you already have iSyncCRM 1.x on your PC, this installer will uninstall it. You will need to run this installer again to install iSyncCRM 2.0.
3. Install the service by stepping through the first 3 steps in the Setup Wizard.
4. Continue with the Setup Wizard. If you have not already obtained an Organisation Key, type in your company name, contact name and email address and click "Request". You will instantly
be emailed with a new Organisation Key for the free version of iSyncCRM and your login details for this website. If you already have
an Organisation Key you can skip this step.
5. Enter your Organisation Key and click Next.
6. Browse to or type the location of your ACT! PAD file, and enter your ACT! login details and click Next.
7. Here you can generate a PIN number to pair up your iPhones. Alternatively, you can skip this step and do this later.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up iSyncCRM with your ACT! database.
Downloading the iPhone App and pairing your phone
1. Download and install the iPhone app here or by searching for iSyncCRM on the App Store.
2. When you run the iPhone app for the first time, you will see the information screen. You can skip this by tapping Done.
3. When you hit Sync for the first time, you will be asked for a PIN number. Enter the PIN number generated by the Windows Service and tap
Pair and Sync.
4. Next, you will be asked to enter your ACT! login details before syncing. These login details will be used
to sync your contacts and activities. Enter your login detials and press Login.
5. On the first sync, the Windows Service will prepare for this user. This may take a few minutes. When finished, your phone will
automatically start syncing with your ACT! database.
Congratualations! You are now syncing your contacts with your ACT! database.
